The Builders Association of Southern Oregon (BASO) is dedicated to strengthening the building industry and the communities we call home. Through advocacy, education, workforce development, networking, and community events, BASO supports the builders, contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals who help shape Southern Oregon.
The BASO Tour of Homes is one of the ways we bring that mission to life. Returning in 2027 for the first time since 2018, the Tour gives the public an opportunity to experience outstanding homes, craftsmanship, innovation, and design while connecting directly with the professionals behind them. Together, we are building a stronger future for Southern Oregon.

How do I register a home for the BASO Tour of Homes?
Builders interested in entering a home in the Tour can begin by completing the Tour of Homes registration form or contacting the BASO office for registration information.

What are the requirements to enter a home in the Tour of Homes?
Participating builders must meet the eligibility requirements established by BASO, submit all required registration materials, and pay the applicable entry fee.
Additional requirements, deadlines, and required documents will be provided as part of the registration process.
When is the 2027 BASO Tour of Homes?
Mark your calendars for May 21–23, 2027.
Additional Tour hours and event details will be announced as the event approaches.
How should I plan my Tour?
Visitors will be able to explore participating homes on the BASO Tour of Homes website, view home details and locations, and plan which homes they would like to visit.
Each participating home will have its own listing with information about the builder, home features, photos, location, and other important Tour details.
How can I view the homes?
The best way to experience the Tour is in person during the designated Tour dates and hours. Participating homes will also be featured on the Tour of Homes website so visitors can learn more about each home and the professionals who helped bring it to life.
Do I need a ticket in advance?
The BASO Tour of Homes is free to the public. Visitors may tour participating homes during designated Tour hours without purchasing an admission ticket.
Will someone from the builder's team be at each home?
Yes. Participating homes will be staffed by the builder or members of their team. This gives visitors an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the home, and connect directly with local building professionals.
When will participating homes be available to view online?
Participating homes will be added to the Tour of Homes website as the event approaches. Full home listings, locations, and Tour information will be available before the Tour begins.
How can subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry professionals participate?
Subcontractors and suppliers interested in being associated with a participating Tour home should work directly with the builder entering that home.
BASO will also offer sponsorship and advertising opportunities for businesses that want additional exposure throughout the Tour.

How do I become a sponsor?
The return of the BASO Tour of Homes creates a unique opportunity for businesses to put their brand in front of homeowners, homebuyers, builders, contractors, and the Southern Oregon community.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels and may include website exposure, Tour materials, event signage, home recognition, and other promotional opportunities.
